Absolutely Delicious and Easy
I loved the ease of preparing the recipes. I have not had a bad meal yet. I shake my head in wonder because the food is absolutely delicious! The meals donât make me feel bloated afterwards and I feel better. My brain fog is going away. I am hopeful the inflammation will get better the longer I use this. I would love to reduce my medication or come off them completely one day.

Easy and quick to put together recipes, that are satisfying and healthy! I do agree with some reviewers regarding cooking times being too long. Some ingredients are just not meant to be cooked for 7 to 8 hours (quinoa, ground meats). I adjusted my cooking times, but not a big deal. I look forward to making many of the recipes in this cook book! Nice illustrations through out.

Excellent recipes and good advice on healthy foods. I haven’t cooked any yet but looking at the ingredients, I’m confident with my purchase.
Collette –
Easy to follow recipes, instead of using the slow cooker I am using my 22l air fryer oven for faster cooking times. Throw everything into a pot cover and cook for 1-2 hours. I turn the oven timer on so I donât have to watch the pots. Cook and go
